I happened across SLICE.CA, where I saw TOMMY EUROPE and immediately wished I lived in BC.

However I don't but I still want to do my own 'Last 10..or so" workout plan.

Being an overweight female with hypertension (yes, I have spoken with MD) the most difficult thing for me is where to begin.

I want to train  five to six days a week but I don't know how to go about determining which exercises to do when so that I don't burn out prematurely.

Any help would be appreciated.

hydraulic machines are great for building explosive power for sports like football, or rugby.

I love the idea and it is something that we are working on!! We are thinking that the workouts will be available for download via PDF. Is that something you think would work? We are looking forward to our official launch on March 29th!! By than we should have about double the content on the site!
Thanks for the feedback !!

Overall this is a great website, innovative in terms of combining fitness with nutritional information which is what most fitness websites lack and its free!  I understand your running a show as well? will that be on the website? Maybe something to add could be a fitness routine of the month or week? every few weeks or every month come up with a new 3-6 day routine for beginners to advanced fitness level individuals. They then can compare results or share notes with other people following the routine in the forum section. Just an idea.
