hi, everyone my name is Armando. I have a question im sure some one will be able to answer it, i bought these Tonalin / CLA pills and its supposed to support the reduction of body fat ( its working great i mean, my weight was 240 now i way 210 i lost 30 pds in 3months) but im just wondering if  i should be taking them??   

I have to say im not a hugh fan of this type of equipment. I prefer free weights of machines, but i do see the benefits of both machines and free weights.

Want to share all the info you may have about those type of exercises ...

how do you find the gazelle? is it easier on the knees than a treadmill?

I have been using the Gazelle for a short time now.  I like it just as much as a treadmill.  I am using the DVD that came with the Gazelle.  I use it every other day.  I also have a universal gym.  It is made very similar to the Total Gym only the one I have is stronger and more versatile.  Just wondering if anyone else out there has used products similar to what I have.  I like being up off the floor to do my exercises, however I did just purchase a mat to exercise on.  This website is awesome!!!
