What often stops us from starting or following through with
an exercise program is the time and inconvenience involved.
Getting to the gym, waiting in line for equipment, and working
out in a crowded area is often so discouraging that we don’t
follow through with our exercise program.
For about the cost of an annual health club membership, you
can set up your own mini-gym with a set of dumbbells and a
simple exercise bench. The space required for such a gym
is minimal, only taking up a few square feet. Moreover, using
dumbbells is a great way to strength train because the
workout is as good, if not better than using a series of
expensive machines. The best part about strength training
with dumbbells is that ANYONE CAN DO IT!
