5 Minutes, 6 to 10 Miles Per Hour - (Really 4 Minutes And 55 Seconds Runs)
When you start this run, keep in mind most of you won’t make it the first time, but if you have drive to improve yourself, you will make it in about two months time, if your able to put in the time, which is five days a week of running, alternating between this run and the sprint runs.
