Lie back with knees bent and using a small weight-less ball, roll the ball up to your kneecaps and come back again ... coming down three quarters of the way. It really challenges your abs by pushing you to crunch up to your high point. Beginner.
In a sitting up positon, lift feet up off floor and keep the legs bent at 90 degrees. Now round your back as you go down slowly keeping your hands behind the kees for balance, and come back up again. Try coming up without hanging on to your legs to pull yourself up. And try lots of arm variations for more added challenge. Intermedate to advanced.
