Using a medicine ball, get into a regular pushup position. Leave one hand securely on the ground while the other hand holds position on top of the medicine ball. Slowly perform a regular pushup and focus tension on the pec muscle which your pushing off the medicine ball with. Once you have reached the top roll the ball over to the other hand and preform the pushup again.
This is a great exercise when your looking to functional chest power. Make sure you are completely warmed up before trying this technique. The results of adding the exercise to your workouts will greatly improve the look and power of your chest.
