Don't worry - this exercise is not nearly as hard-core as it sound! It's a terrific exercise ... If done properly. It not only strengthens your lowers back but is terrific for toning (and lifting) your buttocks and sculpting your hamstrings too! Watch the video a few times to make sure you do it safely though.
Deb preforms a simple but effective lunge that will strengthen your legs and lift your bum. These can also be preformed on a chair in your office. During a meeting would be best! (if your the boss that is :)
