Using a medicine ball, get into a regular pushup position. Leave one hand securely on the ground while the other hand holds position on top of the medicine ball. Slowly perform a regular pushup and focus tension on the pec muscle which your pushing off the medicine ball with. Once you have reached the top roll the ball over to the other hand and preform the pushup again.
