Ingredients: 3 cups broccoli florets, parboiled or steamed 8 small mushrooms, thinly sliced 3 scallions, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons defatted chicken stock 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram Instructions: In a cup, mix the stock, lemon juice, oil, garlic, pepper and marjoram.
