Chevre And Sun-Dried Tomato Spread PDF E-mail
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, not packed in oil
4 ounces herbed chevre (goat cheese)
1 teaspoon snipped fresh basil or tarragon
2 leaves of fresh basil or 1 sprig of tarragon for garnish

Instructions:
Method 1: Soften tomatoes in warm water for 15 minutes; drain well. Put tomatoes, cheese, and snipped herbs in food processor; blend well. Garnish with herb sprig.

Method 2: Soften tomatoes in warm water for 15 minutes; drain well. Finely chop tomatoes. Whip cheese with tomatoes and snipped herbs. Garnish with herb sprig.
