Ingredients: 1/2 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, not packed in oil 4 ounces herbed chevre (goat cheese) 1 teaspoon snipped fresh basil or tarragon 2 leaves of fresh basil or 1 sprig of tarragon for garnish Instructions: Method 2: Soften tomatoes in warm water for 15 minutes; drain well.
