Marinated Bean Salad PDF E-mail
Ingredients: 
1 can (15 oz.) each: kidney, cut green and garbanzo beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) plain artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons olive oil, optional
1/4 cup each: minced celery and green onion
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic

Instructions: 
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate for several hours before serving to let flavors blend
