Ingredients: 6 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 cup shredded peeled carrot 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, toasted 1/4 cup raisins 36 party pumpernickel bread slices, toasted, or melba toast rounds Instructions: Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture onto each bread slice.
