Prosciutto With Papaya PDF E-mail
Ingredients:
1 large, ripe papaya
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
2 ounces paper-thin slices of prosciutto or lean smoked ham
8 ripe black olives (optional)

Instructions:
Pare papaya and remove seeds. Slice lengthwise into eight slices.

Line four plates with lettuce leaves, and arrange two strips of papaya on each plate. Gently wrap center of each papaya strip with prosciutto. Garnish with olives.
