Tuna Salad With Grapes And Almonds PDF E-mail
Ingredients:
1  6 ounce can water packed tuna, drained
1/3 cup chopped scallions
1/2 cup chopped celery
3  tablespoons light or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1  teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1  cup small red seedless grapes
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. If serving immediately, reserve 1 tablespoon almonds to sprinkle on top.
