| Balsamic Roasted Shallots |

Ingredients: 12 medium sized shallots Instructions: Whisk the vinegars, sugar and seasonings together and pour over the shallots. Cover the pan snugly with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, stir well and continue to cook for 5 more minutes. Let cool before serving or refrigerate until ready to use.
