Bean Dip And Spread PDF E-mail
Ingredients:
1 can drained of navy beans
1/2 cup non fat plain yogurt 
1Tbsp. salsa 

Instructions:
Toss all the above ingredients into a blender.  Blend untill smooth or of  desired consistency. Use as a dip or spread on whole wheat crackers (like low-fat Triscuits) and raw vegetables. This makes a great after school snack for kids or an ideal meal replacement for adults.
