Hi, my name is Gillian. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer, committed to helping those who find getting fit, or staying fit, to be a tremendous chore! I specialize in weight loss, core conditioning, balance and stability, and prenatal / postpartum exercise design. As a UBC graduate, my passion for fitness is a lifestyle, not a job. I strongly believe that a great Personal Trainer must practice what they preach. Therefore, I exercise daily, am active in a variety of sports, and am a Marathon enthusiast.
