Three Bean Salad PDF E-mail
Ingredients: 
1/2  cup apricot preserves
1/4  cup red wine vinegar
1      teaspoon celery seeds
1      can kidney beans -- drained and rinsed
1      small red onion -- thinly sliced
1      cup  cooked green beans -- cut in 2" pieces
1      cup  cooked yellow beans -- cut in 2" pieces
salt and pepper -- to taste

Instructions:
Combine preserves, vinegar and celery seeds in a salad bowl. Add onion and beans.  Toss well to combine. Add salt and
pepper to taste.
