Kristen Reaves graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Following graduation she moved to Melbourne, Australia where she worked with a team of food developers and business entrepreneurs in developing a high protein sports bars for athletes and healthy snack bars for children...
Kristen returned from Australia and began to work at the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, Washington, which facilitates the most successful weight loss program in the United States. There she counseled a wide variety of clients interested in achieving their personal health and fitness goals through weight loss and improving their lifestyle with healthy eating habits and physical activity. Her fitness background has given her a strong interest for Sports Nutrition and enjoys educating athletes and active individuals on the importance of diet and exercise. She is also devoted to improving the lives of youths and led a children’s weight loss program where she has given lifelong tools to enable a healthy family dynamic that make nutrition fun and educational to lead an active well balanced lifestyle for everyone involved.
Kristen has been active in many sports for over 15 years including basketball, volleyball, golf, running, and weight training. Her latest endeavor included training for a fitness and figure competition. She placed first overall in the NPC Washington State Fitness and Figure Championships. She leads by example and uses her passion for nutrition and fitness to motivate others to live a life balancing nutrition awareness, activity, and fun along the way!
