Balsamic Strawberries PDF E-mail
Ingredients: 
2 teaspoons (9 g) sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
4 cups (1192 g) quartered strawberries
freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions: 
In a large bowl, stir sugar into balsamic vinegar until sugar dissolves.
  
Add the strawberries and toss to coat evenly. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, stirring twice.
 
Spoon into dessert bowls and grind pepper on top.
